The Government has added the Equality Act to its 'Red Tape Challenge' website. It is inviting comments from the public on regulation. The Equality Act is the only item on the website which is primary legislation not regulation. The questions specifically ask if the Equality Act should be scrapped.

As individuals please put positive comments on the website ASAP. It is best that people respond as individuals.
